• Image and voice generation features

Important: AI companions are fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people and cannot form genuine human relationships.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Coins

• Coins are virtual currency for use within the Service only
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others
• Unused coins may expire as described in-app
• Refunds for coin purchases are subject to our refund policy

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period
• Price changes will be communicated in advance
• Refunds for subscriptions are subject to our refund policy

Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues or billing errors. Virtual currency and content already consumed are generally non-refundable. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content (messages, custom characters, etc.), you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service. For custom characters marked as public, you grant us permission to display them to other users.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI (responses, images, voice) is provided for your personal use within the Service. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

• AI companions are not real people and cannot provide real relationships

• AI responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive

• The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health support

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Any content or conduct of third parties on the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
